Early morning we have a soft aspect with the moon making a trine to lovely Venus. This is comforting and dreamy with the moon in Pisces. We want to feel safe and secure. This aspect peaks at 3:13 AM so we are probably asleep at this time, but if not we may want to feel loved and reach out to someone that we know cares. The moon goes void-of-course after this aspect peaks so we may not feel very motivated until the moon moves into the next sign.


At 11:08 AM the moon moves into Aries giving us that kick in the seat of the pants we need to finally get moving today. Aries moon just really wants to take action so try to do something! No more planning, no more sitting around in meetings, but get something done!


Mercury makes a sextile to Saturn peaking at 2:47 PM. Usually this is a problem solving aspect but honestly Mercury makes a square to Pluto tomorrow so I think the tension from the Mercury-Pluto square building overrides the problem solving nature of the Mercury-Saturn sextile. This three planet combination has us obsessing over what is really going on (uncovering the mystery) and then also figuring our what can be done about it. There can be some issues with negative thinking so if you tend to have a problem with this please be mindful of your thought patterns as much as possible over this entire weekend. Don't let the obsession take control of you!


The moon opposes Jupiter in Libra at 11:34 PM making this a night where we could quite easily go out and overdo it on the drinking and/or eating. Feeling like a party? Just be aware that it could get out of hand with this energy! Have fun … just not too much fun!


The recommended gemstone for today is smoky quartz which has a grounding, calming effect to offset the energy today.


The essential oil to work with today is lemon which assists us in letting go of that which no longer serves our needs.
