Another busy day in the sky! We begin with the Sagittarius moon making a conjunction to Saturn in the wee hours at 1:45 AM. Moon-Saturn can be difficult for emotions but the truth is that we must learn, on some level, to be emotionally self-sufficient. Moon-Saturn teaches this. A good way to use this aspect well is through solitude or meditation.


At 4:26 AM the moon makes a square to Neptune which is often considered an idealistic aspect. Sometimes idealism can get us into trouble when we ignore reality, but there is certainly a place for idealism in our lives still! Moon-Neptune aspects are great to use for visualization.


The sun makes a square to Uranus which peaks at 9:31 AM. Talk about an electric jolt! When a bolt of lightning hits the watery sun in Cancer we definitely feel pushed outside of our comfort zone! Uranus tends to shake things up and the sun in Cancer likes things to be just so … which means we may be in for an unpleasant surprise today! The best way to handle this is to remain adaptable and be prepared for the unexpected to occur!


Mercury and Venus meet in Leo at precisely 6:00 PM. This is like a love sonnet in a dramatic reading. A bold declaration of feeling. A grand gesture of affection. We should feel confident and proud to tell others how we feel today. Since Leo likes drama it can be with quite a bit of flair that we are communicating our feelings and desires. Hey, if you are up for a bit of role-playing (wink wink) this aspect will suit quite nicely.


The moon makes a square to Jupiter at 7:22 PM. I like to think of this an as overindulgence aspect. Like to make ourselves feel better (moon) we tend to overdo things (Jupiter) like food or drink or even things like gambling. So if you are trying to be careful it conscious of what you are doing tonight!


The last aspect of the day is a trine from the sun to Mars which peaks at 11:45 PM but we should be able to feel this energy all day long. And ENERGY describes exactly what this is.
The sun represents vitality and Mars represents motivation, so here we feel alive, we feel energetic, we feel like we can go for it! Ambition, drive, achieving your goals … especially physical things feel very good today! We feel alive and we love the feeling of being alive!


A great stone to work with today is labradorite which works as a protective stone which shields and strengthens our aura.


The recommended essential oil for today is carnation which helps us liberate ourselves.
