Just past midnight at 12:51 the moon ingresses into the sign of Scorpio. Even though Scorpio is a water sign and the moon is also of the water element, the moon is not so happy in Scorpio. The moon in Scorpio has us all being little investigators, we want to get to the bottom of thing and know why things are the way they are. This isn't so bad, just do not take it to the nth degree or you might drive yourself a little crazy! The moon in Scorpio is intense and driven, so you might be feeling both those things while Lady Luna passes through this sign. She hangs out in Scorpio until Thursday when she moves into the sign of Sagittarius.

The first aspect for today is when the Scorpio moon comes to a sextile with Venus in Virgo at 10:43 AM. This is a harmonious energy that is cheerful and chills the Scorpio moon's intensity down a bit. We might even feel affectionate towards others during this time.

A little later on in the evening the Scorpio moon comes to a trine with Neptune in Pisces at 11:37 PM. This has us feeling quite intuitive and perceptive. We may also feel quite creative, but if it is late at night for you. Then meditation might be the way to express this energy. Connecting with Spirit is a great way to use this energy!

The gemstone suggestion for today is Amethyst. Amethyst is a wonderful stone for creating harmony and helping you feel balanced and calm. It is also known as the stone of sobriety, so if that Neptune/Moon trine has you reaching for some substance to "fog out" then hold onto to amethyst and you will reach much higher dimensions than if you were to turn to any substance that alters your perception.

The essential oil suggestion for today is Geranium. Geranium oil helps with easing symptoms of stress, so if you feel stressed today this is not only a lovely scent, but a great stress reliever too!
