The moon spends the day in curious Gemini. Gemini gets bored pretty easily so always is looking for something interesting!

The moon makes a square to Neptune which peaks at 1:15 AM. This should help us to sleep and dream more deeply.

The moon opposes Saturn at 12:10 PM. We could consider this a test. A test of our emotions, a test of our resolve, a test of our own personal foundation. If you feel like this test is too hard don't worry, this too shall pass, and quickly enough, too!

Our next aspect is a sextile from the moon to Uranus which is exact at 4:30 PM. This aspect energizes us and gives up a bounce on our step. We may feel like cutting out of work or school early and playing a little instead of working. Uranus likes to skae things up and get us out of our routine.

The moon makes a square to Jupiter at 10:02 PM which is often an aspect that leads us to overindulge in food or drink. Call it emotional eating or emotional drinking, we want to fee better and if food or drink will help we will give it a try!

Venus enters Aquarius at 11:17 PM. Debbie Kempton-Smith in “Secrets From a Stargazer's Notebook” calls Venus in Aquarius “demented”. I have this placement in my natal chart and I tend to agree. It means that when you like someone instead of trying to get close to that person you tend to run away and give them the cold shoulder instead! How is that for attraction? Anyone who has strong air in their chart should be able to relate to this feeling to some extent but Venus in Aquarius is probably the worst of the bunch … I like you so I am going to stay as far away from you as I can!

If you read our tapestry reports you know that Starlene and I (it's me, Nikki!) both have Aquarius birthdays. In astrology your birthday is called your “solar return” and it is the point where the sun returns to the exact place in the sky that it was at the moment of your birth. It is very popular to get a solar return reading around the time of your birthday each year to see what lies ahead for the coming year. It is my solar return today, even though my birthday was yesterday (still Nikki here) and it can be a very interesting way to get an astrology reading!
